Scruffy to Fluffy is the first and only groomer Lacy (Shih Tzu) will go to! Desiree was her first as a teeny pup, and made her comfortable from day one with the entire process. One time I tried taking her for a wash elsewhere ... and she trembled like a leaf! At Scruffy, she looks forward to seeing the groomers and playing with her friends. Also, the super patient and kind staff puts up with all her Dad's overprotectiveness with a smile. :) Thank you guys, congratulations on 5 years!
